Matthew has over 16 years of commercial real estate, investment and construction/development experience.
He has represented retail and office tenants as well as buyers, sellers and landlords of properties.
Matthew most recently worked with Dollar General Corporation as a consultant to restructure much of its lease
portfolio. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Belmont University. He has also studied commercial
real estate investment at New York University and is a candidate for the C.C.I.M. (Certified Commercial Investment
Member) designation.
Matthew is an alumnus of Young Leaders Council and was the 2010 Board Chair for Nashville Area Habitat for
Humanity. He is also an adjunct faculty member of Belmont University’s business school. He is an active member
at Christ the King in Nashville and is an avid runner, completing several marathons.

Max founded the company in 1966. He brings many years of experience in commercial real estate. His representation
has included developed and undeveloped properties, with a wide dollar range of experience. He
has also advised and consulted many clients during the site selection process. Max has also handled the management
and sales of his own investment properties, which gives him first-hand knowledge he uses to advise
clients. His negotiation skills are guaranteed to maximize your dollar.
Max has been involved in the Franklin Chamber and is an member of New Vision Baptist Church in Murfreesboro.
He enjoys the outdoors hunting and fishing.
